Dren Xerxa not only survived that ordeal, but emerged from the conflict as an audacious teenager, who along with his mates opened a successful business venture – a nightclub that attracted some of England’s top DJ’s. That taste of success led Dren to join Seed, an organisation that supports and nurtures founders across the world, providing Dren with the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most dynamic entrepreneurs and startups. With so many amazing stories emerging from the first season of the podcast it takes something really incredible to stand out from the crowd. Dren Xerxa’s story is an absolute cracker and one of my favourites from the series. Dren is much more than a resilient survivor, he's an enthusiastic entrepreneur now dedicated to helping others follow their dreams and realise their ambitions.
