Tomorrow Is Mine

Gregory Suzan

Episode Summary

Located in the South West Pacific Ocean just 1200 kilometres from Australia, New Caledonia is geographically far closer to the Gold Coast than it is to New Zealand, but it is very much a French territory and an important one given that it holds around a quarter of the world’s nickel deposits. In the New Caledonian capital of Noumea Gregory Suzan had tried his hand at a vast array of jobs – construction worker, casino croupier, shop assistant, marketing roles, selling cars – he even opened a tattoo parlour, but it wasn’t enough, he was looking for something bigger in his life. It was the Gold Coast’s climate, pristine environment and idyllic lifestyle that attracted Gregory here, and now that he’s studying Graphic Design at Australian Pacific College he sees a wealth of career and business opportunities in his adopted home.
